The Traveling Film Plane of Eric Young

I’ve worked in-house for studios, third-party production companies and free-lance with my own Young+Co for the past forty-five years, producing still and motion pictures. From large format to DSLR imaging, 35mm to full-frame digital motion. My craft has been applied to a wide range of stories from solid rocket fuel to a terrible Western American tragedy, photojournalism to coffee table books, and over the years I’ve captured not only the context of my destinations, but more recently the means in getting there along with my dog, Jack, all part of the story of my traveling film plane.

Now we travel North America, creating frames and curating light with the intent to capture peak experiences induced by beauty, contrast, texture, highlights and shadows and emotion.
